Contact Joker Machine by phone, email or text message about starting your return, warranty or replacement needs. You can also use the form below. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

We will not accept any return goods without prior approval. Return merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice the goods were purchased on. A letter or explanation is also required. Authorized returns will be handled by refund check, credit refund, paypal refund, repair, or replacement. All refused orders and returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice unless approved by a Joker Machine Inc. representative.
