Our low profile billet aluminum Gas Caps made with precision machined finger serrations makes it much easier to unscrew your gas cap, and adds a great custom look to your bike at the same time.
- Fits Triumph Bonneville, Scrambler, Thruxton, Thunderbird and Legend tanks.
- Available in our precisely CNC engraved "900" Union Jack series, Union Jack, "Joker" logo, or "Smooth" surface preferences - and rotating the logo into the proper "reading" position is no problem.
- Easy installation. Uses all the stock gas cap components - just remove snap ring from the old cap and install ours in seconds!
- They are fully CNC machined from 6061-T6 Billet aluminum.
- Offered in your choice of Hard Black anodize, Clear anodize, or Chrome plated finishes.
Gas Cap Installation
- Use snap ring pliers to remove retaining ring holding stock gas cap threads to cap
- Install gas cap threads to Joker Machine gas cap iwth stock retaining ring.
- Snap ring pliers can be found at most local hardware stores.
