Advertising Policy

Joker Machine has developed numerous products that is distributed under its own trade name. In order to monitor the use of its name, Joker Machine has adopted the following policies for its valued dealer network.

Joker enjoys it’s relationship with all its Dealers and wants to work with each Dealer to make the Dealer’s business as successful as possible. Joker hopes that each Dealer will respect Joker’s need to protect its names and Copyrighted Materials and will assist Joker Machine by complying with this necessary Advertising Policy.

Authorized dealers may sell Joker Machine products at any price in their sole discretion. However, Joker believes that marketing products bearing its name below 10% of the suggested retail price undermines the industry reputation and image of the Products. Therefore, Joker does enforce an Advertising Policy, which is intended to preserve the goodwill, market value, reputation, and image of Joker Machine Products.

If a Dealer violates the Advertising Policy, Joker Machine will enforce this Policy in the following manner:

Suspension or temporary suspension of dealer account until the issue is resolved.

Notifying distributors of the dealers violation.

Joker grants to its Dealers a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license, provided the Dealer complies with this Advertising Policy. Such limited license does not include the right of Dealers to register the Joker Machine name as or within domain names or to use the Joke Machine name in Dealer trade names. Joker further grants to its Dealers a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, for as long as the Dealer is selling products to reproduce, distribute, and display Copyrighted Materials in order to promote and sell Joker’ products worldwide. Any use of the Joker Machine name or Copyrighted Materials shall be accompanied, where appropriate, by an appropriate attribution identifying Joker Machine as the owner of the product and/or Copyrighted Materials so used. Dealer recognizes that Joker has the exclusive right to all names used by Joker to identify its products and Dealer agrees that it will not claim any right, title or interest therein. Nothing herein shall be construed to give Dealer any right, title or interest in Joker Machine’s or Copyrighted Materials.

Any violations of this Policy and/or any apparent unauthorized use of the Joker Machine or Copyrighted Materials should be reported to the Joker Machine Sales Department.
